Ballerina

We went to the Moscow Ballet's Great Russian Ballet tonight with my mom. Gianna was very excited at the thought, and she even got her picture taken with one of the ballerinas and she then autographed it. I think she would have enjoyed it even more if it hadn't started so late. She was ready to go by intermission.

I'm proud she even tried though. She said on the way home she wanted to dance like the princess girls. Back to dance we go...in Midland.

Curse you Moon Dough.

I'm not a fan of Moon Dough. It crumbles into a billion little pieces all over the floor, so the girls MUST sit at the kitchen table so I can sweep up the mess when they're finished. I usually give in and just let them go nutso with it, and it ends up all over the place. I think Santa is going to "forget" the Moon Dough this year.

5.6 on the Richter Scale.

Oklahoma has had nine earthquakes in the last 24 hours. The first one occurred Saturday morning at 2:30, and apparently we had a bunch of little ones all day after that. Then last night at about 10:30 we had one that registered 5.6, which is the largest in the state's history. I'd been in a few earthquakes living in California, but just little ones, so this was big comparatively. People forget parts of central Oklahoma is on a fault line. I remembered last night.
